Stanford roommates will chance you

@littlebuilder: Thank you so much for chancing me!
Only one question: let’s assume I get a 4.0 GPA (45 IB points) for both junior and senior year, or atleast something really close. Will Stanford (and the other universities for that matter) take the upward GPA into consideration?
Also what should I do in my junior and senior years to improve my chances?
Ok, I asked two questions and not one. :P

I have a 4.29 10-11 GPA, a 4.11 weighted total GPA, and a 3.79 unweigted total GPA

Second SAT: 2290- 730 CR, 800 M, 760 W
I have not taken any subject tests yet, but I expect to get 800 or close to it in math II, 800 or close to it in US History, and at least 700 in physics.
I took 4 AP classes last year:

APUSH: 5
AP Psych: 5
AP Eng Lang: 4
I am taking 5 AP classes this year:
AP Physics
AP Statistics

Extracurriculars:

Helping run chess club at local library, starting this year
About 10-15 hours of random community service throughout high school

Additional info:
Member of Space and Engineering Academy at my high school
National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist

Also, what could I have done to have my chances increased?
PS I searched on the internet, I think that I will be NOT be considered as an international applicant.
If so, what percent chance do I have?
Thank You Soooooo Much! :)

Can you guys by any chance Chance Me for Berkeley and SLO as well as Stanford, for EE?
GPA:
Weighted (on transcript/CSU): 4.04
UC: 4.17 (I think I did the math right, UC only looks at Sophomore and Junior year right?)
SAT: 1290/1600, 1940/2400 (weak, I know)

Class Rank: 56/547
AP Tests: Biology, USHistory (3 and 4 scored, in that order)
Current Rigor: AP Calc, Physics, Lang, an Engineering class, an Art of Film Class, and a Community College PoliSci class.

ECs: (if any of these don’t qualify, please tell me, I have no sense of what is and isn’t because “extracurricular” is so vaguely defined)

Played Trumpet for 10 years, Piano for 12 (stopped playing, sadly)
Placed 4th in the Chevron Regional PLTW California Design Challenge two years in a row
Received a letter in Band
Marching band for 3 years
Was mentored by an Electrical Engineer for several months under a program at our school
Took and passed University of Washington’s online Computational Neuroscience Course
Have been taking Kung Fu since I was 5, currently a belt away from black, one test to go
Enrolled in a leadership program with my church in the tenth grade

Worked for some Civil Engineer-neighbors doing quality control on their models/drawings (making sure the dimensions matched up, making sure the parts lists were valid). Admittedly, I didn’t work for them for too long, because they replaced me with their son… (I worked for one week…should I even mention this on my app?)

Also, as a general question, my mother has Jewish blood, and people are telling me that this make us/me (in part) Middle Eastern, and I don’t know how to verify the validity of that statement…

Oh yeah, SAT Superscore is 1980/2400, if that makes my case any better…

In Order of Preference:
UPenn
Princeton
Columbia
Chicago
Cornell

Ethnicity: Asian

Essays:
Common App: Supposedly out of this world, but I’m not that hot on it. It’s quite personal though.

Recommendation Letters:
Teachers: 2 teachers have a reputation for giving out the best references at the school. Both know me very well and have very high opinions of me. A third is also very good. The recommendation is a little bit dry, but it gets the point across.
Supplementary: High Ranking Executive at Rogers Wireless. Extraordinary, imo.
Guidance: I expect this to be very, very good, considering that I’m her favourite student and I do half her job for her anyways.

Hooks: My Dad was a C’87 Cornell Dyson Graduate (back when it wasn’t even called Dyson, lol) Uhm, I have the opposite of hooks basically for everything else. No URM. No First Generation College. And my parents went to prestigious schools that aren’t my top 3 choices(UPenn, Columbia, Princeton), which I believe hurts me, but I’m not certain.

Oh and Supplements:

My Penn one was pretty good I suppose. I’d say 9-9.5/10

And I’m still working on the others.

Recs: Economics and Comp Sci teachers, both should be solid, counselor - should be great

Essays: still working on them, but I think my essays should turn out great. I’m focusing on moving from Russia at such an old age, although that’s pretty cliche, as well as my interest in comp sci - you can’t really tell from my app, but I’ve devoted a lot of time to studying and practicing comp sci and computer engineering, and I think that should come off pretty well in my essays.
