Any chance Stanford's scea deadline will be extended because of Hurricane Sandy lol?

Penn did, til November 6
I have no news of any other school

They just did…

“Due to the potential impact of hurricane Sandy, the Stanford Undergraduate Admission deadline for Restrictive Early Action has been extended to 11:59PM (Pacific Time) on Monday, November 5, 2012 for students and high school personnel affected by the storm.”

Btw, Penn, Columbia, Yale, Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell, Pomona, and UChicago have extended their deadlines.

MIT, Princeton, and Harvard said they’d be ‘flexible.’

So does this mean for people living outside the regions affected by the storm, ie California, the deadline is still wednesday?

Where did you read that statement?

Its on the stanford undergraduate admissions website

It says: personnel affected by the storm

So i’m guessing probably just East Coast.

any other opinions?
