Stanford SCEA.. I'm scared

As I read other's STANFORD EA chance posts,
I get really depressed because my comparative stance is just way down there.

Still, I'm giving a shot..

I go to a competitive international school in Singapore.

GPA: 94.31 / 100. Uniform trend since 9th grade. (unweighted..I have no idea how to convert to UC scale 4.0).
RANK: No rank provided, since we have such a small class (40~50)

SAT II: Math IIC 800, Bio M 740, Chemistry 790
SAT I: Have not taken yet. Will be taking on October (aiming for about 2150..hopefully). Honestly I'm not a good test-taker.

AP: Biology 5, Chemistry 5, Psychology 4
AP taking this year: Physics, Calculus AB, Statistics, Envi Sci

EC:

4 years varsity soccer (Captain 12th)
3 years varsity volleyball
4 years community service club (VP 11th, P 12th)
3 years UNICEF (VP 12th)
2 years NHS (VP 11th, P 12th)
3 years Jazz Ensemble (1st trumpet) ->got outstanding jazz musician award in 10th grade
2 years orchestra (1st trumpet)
2 years HSSC (VP for both)

Outside School:
For 2 years, I taught children from the local hospital how to play the clarinet. At the end of each year, we performed in one of the biggest concert halls in Singapore. (during summer, every week)
For 2 years I've organized birthday presents/surprises for local elders who live alone. (twice a month)

So I guess my EC sums up into Comm Service, Music, and Sports. I wish I can elaborate more here as I did on the common app resume, but yeah.. that's the glimpse.

I'm looking for a bio/biochem/biochemeng major,
schools with decent weather (not too rainy or snowy or cold).

So in those terms, Stanford has to be my first choice.
Plus my father is from Stanford graduate school, and my sister is currently attending undergrad.

Other than Stanford SCEA, the list goes:

UCB (not cali resident)
UCSD
Rice
Wash U. St Louis
Harvey Mudd
Pomona
NYU
Johns Hopkins
Duke
Columbia Engineering
UIUC
USC
Haverford
UNC Chapel Hill
Cornell

It's a very long and tedious list, but I'd be so willing to attend any of the schools listed.

Some other very prestigious schools I've looked through are Princeton, Amherst, and Dartmouth.

Can you guys chance me, please? Any comment or suggestion would definitely help.

I think it would be a reach, particularly if you got a 2150 you would need something higher for sure.

A 2220+ SAT I would make you quite competitive for Stanford--and make you a "sure thing" for some of your other schools in California. Your grades are good, you are a legacy for Stanford (both with your father and sister), and your SAT II scores are outstanding.

Wish you could expand on your rank a bit..SCEA is tough--especially in engineering, but give it a shot.

Good luck.

Thank you jliu and Calcruzer,

Our school simply does not rank. All I know is that I am not the valedictorian..haha
So I gotta pull that SAT score up. Again, thanks a lot!

^ I would say so, or a 33 or 34 act
