the whole thing is terrible.

I have friends in Sri Lanka... said it's completely destroyed. West Africa and India were hit hard as well :( Am thinking of volunteering in our Feb break. It's really bad.

yeah...to some of us, this is very, very real....and scary....

east africa dreamer. not west.

yeah nana lol, unless the tsunami jumped over africa and then hit it from the west, i believe that somalia and tanzania (east africa) were the hardest hit african countries.

hehe yes sorry... i knew it was somalia but mixed up east/west!

i want to volunteer too! but how can we.. with IB..

haha ill talk to you bout it tomorrow in history. Basically I can't do it anymore in Feb coz I'm visiting Stan etc. then, but I was thinking we could try and organise it for a weekend trip or something, if we're quick enough we could do it straight after mocks

woah! yeh we could do that. but u noe i was reading about it in the papers...but like they only need people who are trained (like in medicine etc.) or divers...
i dont know what we'd do..

do you two go to school together?

yeh... haha. otherwise I couldn't exactly talk to her in history!

haha oh yeh we forgot to discuss this

o well lol.. dude we need to do french oral!!!
