Stanford Supplement - Intellectually Engaging

"Stanford students are widely known to possess a sense of intellectual vitality. Tell us about an idea or an experience you have had that you find intellectually engaging."

Above is the supplement question in Stanford's Supplements.

I would like to know how to answer this prompt.

Is it the " Eureka" moment, where a flash of idea came into my mind, and the whole project was a success because of that?

Is it a moment when I sit down and think about a solution and finally hitting the solution, and found the solution, and it was a success?

I need help.

Thanks

It doesn’t have to do with success at all.
basically its something that made you think for a long time or something you enjoy and find interesting.
I’m writing about my AP English class that i find absolutely mind boggling. I’ve heard people have written about certain concepts related to science and stuff like that.

This prompt is very broad so there are soo many choices to choose from of what to talk about.
