Thank you to all the repliers(:

You don’t have a SAT?

I updated it just now cuz i forgot the first time haha

Sorry . My post was broken. You’ve a chance at Stanford but none has a solid chance. <10%. Work on that GPA too. You’ll need another .05~.1 there.

Thank you for your reply(: If all goes well I will have above a 4.5 GPA by the end of senior year…but I know this is not very impressive cuz I have B’s in my non-science classes.
Does it matter that I plan on applying as either Math or Engineering major?

I don’t know as I’ll apply too. Stanford doesn’t take major in application process. But it is really random. You may get in you may not.

Lol, you will get in to Harvard if you apply for it

You uw GPA is a little bit low. Try to improve your GPA and SAT score. Right now, you are around average of their admission stat. Their acceptance rate is around 7%. Harvard is by no mean easier.

Stanford acceptance rate is under 6 percent. It is under harvards. It is really hat to tell if someone is getting in or not. I would apply somewhere that is as good as Stanford. Like Yale or Princeton or even Brown. Send in early decision and I know you will get in

You have a nonzero shot, but it’ll still be very hard. I don’t think Stanford accepts very many 3.8s.
