Stanford, Yale, Princeton, Pomona, UChicago, Swarthmore?

I'm applying to Yale, Stanford, Princeton, UChicago, Pomona, Swarthmore, Duke, and Northwestern as reach schools, and Carleton, William and Mary, and Mizzou in case those don't work out. I'm curious about my chances at those reach schools, as well as suggestions for contingency plans. Do I need more safety schools or mid-tier options? Here's my info and thanks in advance. :)

TEST SCORES:

SAT I: 2370
800 Math
800 Reading
770 Writing (8 essay)

ACT: 36 Composite
35 Math
35 Reading
36 English
36 Science
8 Essay (32 combined English/Writing)

SAT II:
800 Literature
800 Math II

Here I'm mostly worried that my low writing scores will drag down my otherwise solid multiple choice scores. I'm assuming it's not worth taking anything again, but maybe I should?

SCHOOLWORK:

As of end of junior year my GPA is a 4.0 unweighted; we don't weight our grades.
I will have completed the following AP Classes (and probably AP tests) by the time I graduate:

World History
Government
Calculus BC
English Lit
Physics II
Chemistry
Biology
Psychology
English Lang
Statistics

I only know 1 AP Score and it's a 5 on World History.

EXTRACURRICULARS:

—Work at local math tutoring center
—Play in school orchestra, concertmaster junior year
—Play in metropolitan youth orchestra
—Debate, national qualifier sophomore year, top 30 at nationals junior year
—High school improv comedy troupe
—Model UN: won awards at UChicago's annual conference two times
—Officer in Freethinker's Alliance (for secular/atheist/agnostic discussion and community)
—Piano for 10 years, violin for 9
—Spent junior summer at a string quartet seminar at Mizzou

My interests are international relations, math, and general science, but I'm pretty much undecided right now. I want to go somewhere with really strong undergraduate teaching, small classes, an intellectual environment, and the flexibility necessary to help me figure out what area I want to study in depth.

In summary:

Can I get in to SYP, NU, Duke, Pomona, Swarthmore, UC?

Do I need more safety or match schools? Any suggestions for those schools?

Thank you for helping me.

SYP and Chicago: reach (but reachable for you)
NU, Duke, Pomona, Swarth: low reach
Last 3 are matches

If you are instate or Mizzou or William and Mary the I think that is a reasonable list

High reach for everything. Christ, how can you even think that you’ll get into a local community college with those scores? You’re missing 30 points on your SAT. -30 is, like, a 70 on a test. That’s a D-. You think you can get into Yale with a D-? Time to wipe away the delusions.

But, seriously, you’re looking good. Maybe another subject test or . . . something. Maybe read this article about admissions essays: <a href=“Opinion | Oversharing in Admissions Essays - The New York Times”>Opinion | Oversharing in Admissions Essays - The New York Times. It basically says to not write about your genitals in admissions essays.
