Stanford

Can I apply to Stanford Single-Choice/Restrictive Early Action if I become finalist but I don't apply to be a match recipient? The App Requirements don't state directly if I can do this.

And also, do I get to forward my Questbridge Application and Common Application if I become a finalist and apply SCEA?

Yes you can. If you don’t do college match then you have all the usual application options. Yes you get to forward your QB application as well as the CA and Stanford supplements.

Does Stanford read both QB app and CA if those are available to them?

no, they just want you to forward it so they can put it in the trash?

VERY HELPFUL THANKS!!!11¡¡¡¡¡¡!!!

If you apply SCEA/don’t to the College Match, Stanford/any QB school wouldn’t get your Questbridge app till December, which would be too late to be considered for any SCEA/EA/ED (except for partner colleges that have ED 2). You’d be relying on Common App & supplement alone, unless you get deffered, which is very rare for Stanford SCEA.
