i dunno. you tell me. at any rate, it's thursday and a wonderful day in la. hope you all a good weekend!

weekend will consist of studying and writing up finals...not fun specially since it's finally nice and warm out here in MA

umm... just wanted to say hi. :)

hello!!! (too short of a response; therefore, I have included this uneccessary aside)

looks like the letters will be mailed the 17th or so given that they want the change of addresses by the 16th

where did you read that? the 17th?

Yeah, I just got an email from them requesting that I confirm my mailing address by Monday, May 16. So, obviously, next week is the week.

at least their is some condolence in knowing that a week from now I will have some certainty in my life.

did not recieve such email.

Blackdream, I am not sure that you not recieving that e-mail is an indication of the status of your canadicy, either positively or negatively.

i highly doubt if everyone would get that email. especially when you never changed your address.

They sent me the email too. I agree, probably the 17th.

hmm, this is interesting, are you all happen to live away from your parents? Because I live with my parents and NEVER changed my address.

Hmm, if i don't get this f**king message, I may as well as sign my SIR now with BERKELEY.

I mean, this is truely unfortunate, but I've never recieved any email from ANy college I applied to (popup blocker?), i didn't recieved that berkeley email about winter courses neither.

blackdream,

an email asking you to confirm your address should NOT be seen as any indication about your application. Most schools do this. Harvard has just put it on their website instead of emailing.

if you think it might be a problem with your email, check your trash, as most items that your computer might think are spam go to the trash. (This happened to one of my friends last year and he found out he got into harvard when cleaning out his trash)

hahaha, "found out he got into harvard when cleaning out his trash". how ironic. anyway, yup. got the message as well. and go check your trash, that's what happened to one of my friends and the berkeley winter quarter e-mail.

Blackdream, if you had the same address for both home and mailing, they probably didn't think it was necessary to send the e-mail to you. Don't worry about it.

I listed my home and mailing address as the same, and they still sent the email to me.

same here.

well, I guess you should take everyone else's advice then and check your trash. I don't know what else to tell you, but it seems silly that this would be an effect of your decision.
