Referring to their short questions, i.e. titles of favorite books, five adjectives that describe you, etc. Are we supposed to explain our choices in books and adjectives etc for those questions or just list 5 adjectives and list book titles? It says 50 words max, which is plenty more words than you need to just list things… but in other forums I have seen people just do this format

They didn’t specify. Do what you like. You are over-thinking this.

Open ended questions or little specific instructions are used for a reason. They test you for creativity, whether you need to be spoon fed or can take initiative, and other reasons.

Did you notice that none of these questions ask for “…and explain why” (or even imply that)?
