<p>Okay so in schol forms it says that my counselor started the school report. I'm not sure if this means she submitted it or if she completed it. What's going on?</p>
<p>Started means she at least clicked on it. It means it isn’t submitted. When it’s submitted, the status will change to submitted. When the school downloads it, the status will change to downloaded.</p>
