<p>Hey everyone. So I see the seniors every single day complain about how much work they need to do for College Aps and Scholarship Forms. I realize it wouldn't be in my interest to do college aps now, but can I apply for scholarships as a Junior? And if so, if I don't get it this year, can I apply again next year?</p>
