<p>Update: I did not get an offer from the company that I initially started this thread for, I did get another tech finance offer. </p>
<p>Whartongrad08 was pretty much spot on about the salary, bonus and options. I managed to get something a bit higher but his/her numbers were in the ballpark :D</p>
