Starting to lose motivation? Need new study method?

I'm a junior this year and as second semester is kicking off, I'm starting to lose a LOT of my motivation. In the beginning of the year I was very motivated and I was able to get a 3.95 for the semester, but after realizing that my maximum GPA can only be 3.77 I started to lose motivation. I spend a lot of my time after school in clubs that are related to science, engineering and volunteering but I don't even think colleges will think that highly of them. Tennis season is starting soon and I'll have even less time to study. I'm doubting that I'll even be able to get into the biomedical summer internships that I'm applying for, because there are so many smart students with perfect GPAs in my grade that are applying as well. I'm being very pessimistic about my future, and these days I don't even feel like studying anymore. Sorry about the long rant, I have no one else to talk about this with. Has anyone ever felt like this before? If so, how did you get back on track?

Also, do any of you have a certain study method that you'd be willing to share?
My SAT tutor told me that I need to change mine up, because it was way too time consuming, even though I got great grades with it.

I was in the same boat as you. My grades didn’t drop (much), but I could sense that I was relying too much on my previous work. I would suggest studying in a place where there are no distractions. If possible, leave your cell behind too.

As for the study method, I usually just study whatever I like, even if it is not required for the course. Build up your appetite for greater things. That way, you’ll never be caught on the wrong foot. Take some MOOCs. Do what you love.
