I'm going into my junior year next year, should I start studying now? I'm pretty smart and have been taking AP classes, straight A's ...

Should I start studying now? I took a SAT prep course last year and got a free book ""Master the SAT" by Peterson's.

Should I get the collegeboard prep book instead? Any other suggestions?

You should start studying by reading a good number of books. Getting your mind ready for the CR section is beneficial. I wish someone would’ve told me how important reading (in general) was to be successful for the SAT.

Also, the writing (IMO) is just common sense. I went from a 460 to a 620 on the Writing and I only (honestly) studied for like 4 weeks (every saturday). The Math can be hard depending on how good you are at math.

Also, I think you should buy the book. It helped me A LOT.

writing and reading SHOULD be a breeze for me … writing and reading comes easy for me.

i’ll buy the collegeboard prep book. is the one i have good?
