"State briefly why you are considering ____"

<p>I have a few questions concerning the "State briefly why you are considering ____" response. </p>

<p>What exactly does "state briefly" indicate? Two paragraphs, one; one page, two? How long is it suppose to be?</p>

<p>Also, generally, how many points to do you need to list in your response? Does anyone know where I can get a good example of such a response? Frankly, I'm not sure how to write this, and I need help. </p>
