Ok. So, I live in Florida and am applying to in-state schools such as FSU and UF. Their applications ask for "proof of residency" and asks for a name, relation to applicant, and car insurance/voter registration. How can I prove I live in Florida if I don't have either of those? I have the option of using my father's information for proof of residency, but I don't know if the university will consider me for in-state tuition if I don't prove that I'm** living here.

Many students who are still in high school don’t have that sort of documentation either. That is why they give you the option of using your parent’s information for the residency determination.
