Alabama would give you $25k per year plus 2500 per year, so essentially free tuition.

Forget merit at any of the UC’s.

I would look into Alabama, Ole Miss and Miami Univ in OH. I also heard that Florida State will let you pay instate tuition if you have the right stats.
