Or when you say “state schools” do you mean all public universities in a state?
In that case, do you want use to compare/contrast the different public universities
in PA, in NJ, in MI?
What does the “etc” cover - since Nebraska, Texas, California, North Carolina, New York would all have very very different situations?</p>
