Statement of intent due today or tomorrow at 11:59?

I just got an email from UC Santa Cruz saying tomorrow 11:59 is when the SIR needs to be in. But the other colleges just say by May 1st. So is tomorrow 11:59 the last day? Or is it today by 11:59? Thanks.
