<p>It's been nearly 3 weeks since I submitted this to UCI and I haven't gotten any responses from them. My status is said to be:</p>

<p>You might've answered some questions where it shows you aren't a permanent resident. You can try to fix that by talking to admissions about it, or you can just sit back and wait for them to determine your SLR.</p>

<p>My family says I should be a CA resident since we bought a home there, my parents pay California taxes, and my dad, who is serving overseas for the U.S. military/government, has California as his state residency.</p>
<p>but i made a mistake you know where we had to check a box if we were legal residents.. i left it blank i think.. and then i wrote what i did wrong in the box at the end.</p>
