<p>Anybody of you have links to good statements of purpose that were accepted by good universities? I am specifically looking for ones in mechanical engineering field. </p>

<p>Sorry, this is something you need to write all by yourself. If you have a research mentor you can ask him/her to take a look and give you suggestions about it but it is important that this be your statement.</p>

<p>Yes. I didn’t mean to copy anybody’s. I just wanted to look at a few good sample SOP in Mechanical Engineering. For some reason, a good one for Mechanical Engineering is pretty rare. I will check out that link and that book you suggested. Thanks.</p>
