Statistics F/ Business Cntl, R+FM as a Freshman?

Can you take tha above as a freshman? The representative program has it under frashman year, but in the Stern Bulletin states that Freshman cannot sign up for courses that aren't "V" (liberal arts), with the exception of a few in the second tem, such as Financial Accounting and the Computer systems class. It has Statistics or Business Control/Regression&Forcasting Models as a sophmore course. Which source should be believed? It will make a huge difference tomorrow when I register for classes, any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Also, why does the Bulletin have Principles of Economics I and II under freshman year and the reccomended course of study makes no mention of them?

Thanks a lot for any responses.

Winston.

For tomorrow, don't you only sign up for 1st semester's class?

Yup, and I've found the answer to the above...the Stern Bulletin is just really dated.
