Stats 21 with Stark

<p>Hello, I am an incoming freshman
Well, I have been looking over CC, and heard that Stark is a good professor/ easy grades.
So I chose to take his class for first semester, but there are only 100 seats available, and 75 are already filled.
Since I am a freshman, would i be in a disadvantage if I take Stats 21 right now?
I am kind of confident in math and just took Ap stats in my senior year...
Also, would Stark still gives same amounts of As (like 60%) for this coming semester?</p>

<p>Trust me, wait until your second semester to take Stat 21. It’s a very good, important class and I’d suggest you take it once you’re more familiar with the way big classes at Cal work.</p>

<p>The 60% As is for his summer online class. His regular class is not as generous.</p>

<p>Thanks for your input, but according to the size of class, which is 100, it does not seem like its a large class like econ or psych.</p>

<p>sunfish: Are you sure about that? Campusbuddy doesn’t distinguish N21 from 21 though so you may be right :(</p>

<p>does that mean his summer class is easy?</p>

<p>…all(most) summer classes are easier than their fall/spring offerings.</p>
