I know we've all been asked this a million times, but do you think my stats are too low?
1300, 3.841uw, top 10% of class, 9 honors/AP classes.
ECs: debate, martial arts, music, drama.
awards: numerous debate awards, top social studies student last year.</p>
<p>I want to double major in Int'l Relations & Theatre, minor in Math. oh, and i'm applying RD.</p>

<p>They love debaters and I've met CMC students who got in with either a low SAT (1280) or low GPA (2.9) but who had great extrcurriculars. I'm sure uve heard this but they really do look at the whole person, and a lower-than-average SAT score wont keep u out if u have something valuable to offer.</p>
<p>CMC loves students who show leadership - you didn't post any info about that, but if you do have some leadership, then that'll help you. Their average SAT is about 1310, I believe, so you are there.</p>
<p>On PrincetonReview.com their average SAT is like 1390.</p>
<p>Sorry, I was wrong. It's actually 1400, but their middle 50 is 1290-1450.</p>

<p>My daughter just got in ED with a ACT of 31. My impression is that the test scores are not the main focus.</p>
<p>yea, i got in ED1 with an sat score of 1250ish (haha, shows how much i care about standardize testing) so i think it doesn't matter that much in the long run.</p>
