stats?CS? which other class to drop?

first off, I am a senior and want to pursue engineering. my grades aren't that great, 3.67 UW 9-11 and 2150 SAT.my major weakess is that my math and science classes in 10th and 11th grade h are NOT AP/honors. however, I did get ap physics and calc this yr.

I am in such a big dilemma. my Computer Science teacher said she would round us A's in her pre comp sci class if we took her ap class next year and did a summer assign, because she really needed more people to enroll to keep the class at our school. However, I really forgot to sign up for the class because I was caught up in AP stats and how its easier to grasp ,and partly cuz I didn't like CS. Now I want to go back to comp sci because I really need the A, but it doesn't fit my schedule, and I have to drop either AP Physics, painting, or my sport.

It took me a lot of work and special permission to take AP physics because of prerequisites, but now I don't want to go back and drop it just for CS.

I have to take an art to graduate, so painting is out of the question.

and I am very involved and interested in my sport, and and it is one of the few commited EC's I have been doing, so it's not possible to let go of that either.

Help! please, what should I do, I can leave it and take ap stats as is, but my gpa would drop bec. I would have one less A for not taking CS.

Ap physics b or C? It does matter

Your grades and test scores are very good! Don’t take a course you don’t like just to get an A. It won’t affect your GPA much, especially senior year.

Thanks for the responses guys, and I am taking physics C mech

buuuuuuuuuuump

Yeah I wouldn’t drop physics at any cost since it seems to be an important class for engineering.

Also only mechanics? Probably doesn’t matter but find it weird your school only has one.

CS isn’t a big deal honestly, even if you want to be a programmer. True programmers would find that class a joke and show their ability through. I’m guessing your jot looking much into computer science.

Just my opinions!
