I’m really thrilled, I was convinced I would be deferred. I haven’t fully comprehended it yet! This is the first college that I heard from, so this is a really big confidence booster. I’m not sure if Georgetown is my first choice, but I’m psyched to meet everyone at the accepted students weekend!</p>

However, I mentioned it somewhat in my essay, maybe that helped? I don’t know. Hasn’t sunken it yet, I honestly was not expecting this. </p>

Why is that number so low?..Is all hope lost? - are the chances too slim for me to get in RD? comments anyone please? :(</p>

<p>haha i couldn’t tell if being a jew would be a hook or a negative in a place that is overrun with priests. i’m a jew, but i got rejected too, even with pretty good numbers. it was my #1 choice as well. :frowning: oh well. i think they’ve taken like 2 people from my high school in about 15 years…us CT kids are cursed.</p>

Main Weakness: no employment experience or major volunteer work, but I played to my strengths in my essays and made sure that they created an integrated full person.</p>
