<p>Allowed, sure; some even publish the requirements on their websites. Required, no (some states MAY require their publics to make this information available). </p>

<p>Full ride scholarships are usually competitive and limited. It’s allright to see a range but your likelihood of getting one is also based on others who might qualify as well. See the indiv college websites on their details.</p>
