Stats Profiles - Bug Reports

Please use this thread to report bugs and malfunctions in our new CC Stats Profile feature. Thanks for your help!

I put in my D’s stats, etc and it said “nothing found”, which is hard to believe. I am using Firefox.

There isn’t a Stats Profile associated with your member name, chrism. Assuming you hit “save”, for some reason it didn’t take. Sorry, all I can suggest is that you try again.

I searched for people in college year 2013 and it included the people from college year 2011.

We’re aware there’s an issue with the years and are working on it. Thanks.

I keep getting this message:

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

<hr>

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the talk.collegeconfidential.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Explorer

Issue is resolved.

i entered all my information and clicked “save,” but a new page comes up that says “you havn’t enough permissions”…

this also happens if i try to add a college to my list.

(i’m using forefox.)

Hyp, be sure that you are logged into the forum and have clicked “remember me” before going to the stats area.

Each time I try to input information in any of the short answer boxes (extracurriculars, leadership, etc.) The top of the page says “successfully saved” but all of my writing is gone.

^^

happens to me too

ditto the above

btw, I use explorer

the “grrreatest achievements” thread in “What are my Chances?”

Where do you go to input all of this information??

EDIT: Nevermind, I can’t believe I missed it. I always overlook that corner

EDIT2: Wait, I’m having a hard time getting the profile to remember by everything under the “Extracurriculars:” section. Whenever I put something in and click on the bottom of the page to save, those EC fields get wiped blank and nothing is added.

Same problem with “Each time I try to input information in any of the short answer boxes (extracurriculars, leadership, etc.) The top of the page says “successfully saved” but all of my writing is gone.”

I am havin g the same trouble…what’s wrong and how do i fix it?

I’m having the exact same problem with the extracurriculars section.

The inability to input ECs is a known issue. We haven’t messed with it during the “decision” surge to be sure our up time wasn’t affected. Thanks for your patience.

Why isn’t the University of Central Florida included in the list of schools? Its one of the 10 largest schools in the nation.
