Stats regarding Transfer Admits from Community Colleges

Somewhere I saw statistics regarding the number of Transfer admits to CalPoly by community/junior colleges in California, but can’t locate it now. Does anyone have the link? As I remember, Cuesta had the most transfer admits by a wide margin.
