<p>We have reservations at the Best Western "seaport downtown", D is auditioning for Pace on sat & sun. Now I'm realizing I never looked into parking! Is there anywhere near our hotel to park? Help! We obviously do not know our way around the city!</p>
<p>On Peck Slip? I had a reservation there over the summer, but we wound up staying near Times Square. I remember that there’s definitely parking around there, but don’t remember the cost (probably $25 or $35 a day). My plan was to leave the car in the garage the entire trip and just taxi or subway around. You can just call the hotel to be sure, though.</p>
<p>Okay, I just checked the hotel website. There is a public garage nearby that offers a special rate to the hotel - $25 per 24 hours. The cab shouldn’t cost too much because Pace isn’t far from there.</p>
<p>Is it too far to walk from the hotel to Pace?</p>
<p>I don’t think it’s super far, but when I google mapped it, it was farther than I wanted to walk in July. It’s super duper cold up there right now.</p>
<p>We stayed there this summer. It is an easy walk to Pace from the hotel.</p>
<p>Yea we live in upstate ny & it is crazy cold this week! Just wasn’t sure how far from hotel to campus.

<p>Oh you know it is. I just remembered that I was googling the 5th avenue was which was not close. That was back when I was clueless!! LOL</p>
<p>Do a google search on NYC Best Parking. The website offers discounts on parking, there is no obligation, and you can search using a map feature. I have probably saved hundreds of dollars using it!</p>
