Sorry if this is a repeated topic, but how lenient is ucla in letting transfers stay an extra year? or maybe an extra quarter or two? i know berkeley is somewhat known for trying to rush students through, but i haven't heard much about la. does la give a certain # of extra quarters for double majoring like berkeley gives an extra semester?

bump 10 char

You got in?! :o

Yep!!! I would have told you tomorrow anyways lol
Now just gotta hope and wait for Haas…XD
oh, and i don’t suppose the club was in the club fair today, was it??

No the club wasn’t. Damn congrats! I guess I won’t be seeing you in a few months but I’m really happy for you. You deserve to get out of community college haha!

f

@cupertino thanks! yeah, de anza was getting tiring after just one year haha, though you were right about foothill, it was MUCH nicer than de anza, i was totally thinking about taking most of my classes there next year if i didn’t get into cal or la

@jane merci beaucoup! tu as raison, je suis un homme lol

i’m pretty sure i messed up the tense of avoir…lol

yet another bump, i’m sure someone must’ve asked this before (probably months ago) and knows the answers :]

Fairly lenient I’d say as long as you’re not trying to go over the unit maximum. I know students who’s been at UCLA for 3 to 4 years–and that’s after transferring in with junior standing.

thanks, wow, that’s awesome, i was worried about how long it might take me if i decide to double major and that it might be impossible if they had quarter limits, but i think i may be able to make the unit limit work :]
