Steinhardt Worth?

<p>I think I would love NYU, but the fact that my chosen major is more than likely going to be Secondary Education (English or Social Sciences) - I question whether it is worth the debt I would be likely to accumulate...</p>

<p>Are jobs that much easier to come by with a diploma from NYU? I am an independent person - and I love the city - but I question the validity of such an expensive school for such a low-paying major.</p>

<p>I eventually want to attend part-time law school in my future, but is Steinhardt even worth applying to next year when I start buckling down to make choices?</p>

<p>By the way, would it be easier for a guy to get in than a girl to the School of Education, especially with a low male population anyways?</p>
