I am inquiring on colleges that are similar to DSC and colleges similar to DSC, but specifically STEM oriented.
I gotta believe that the answer is zero. Deep Springs is one-of-a-kind.
Agree with @bluebayou - however in terms of small size and STEM focus (specifically engineering), have you considered Olin College of Engineering in the Boston suburbs? Not sure what kind of STEM you are thinking about.
Have you looked at Warren Wilson and College of the Atlantic? Both are similar to DSC in some ways but have more of a Science focus.
How about Webb Institute on Long Island NY? Its a very small 100% scholarship engineering college. Everyone studies the same double major in engineering
and ship design. (naval architecture ). Its more or less a very good electrical and mechanical engineering degree.

Webb Institute is limited to about 92 undergraduates, all go on a full ride, so in that sense somewhat similar to Deep Springs College, but the Long Island/Ocean setting is different of course.
What does “similar” mean? Similar in what way?
If you want an automatic free ride to a highly selective school that teaches practical skills along with academics, and has a STEM emphasis, then consider the military service academies.

Those are precisely the qualities I should have privied along with the post in the first place. Although, I do disagree with the “free ride” quality of the colleges I am seeking. I am perfectly willing to pay my dues in exchange for an invaluable education.
@CypressWood - Check out Worcester Polytechnic Institute - it hits several of your criteria including the option for a business minor. It has a unique project based orientation https://www.wpi.edu/project-based-learning/wpi-plan
If you mean STEM, small, tutorial, but involving a lot of personal, hands on direction, I would list OLIN. If you mean marine biology/ocean studies, but no engineering, College of The Atlantic. If you want a broad selection in ABET certified STEM directions, WPI might fit the bill. Deep Springs sounds quit unusual and calls to mind Berea College (its free), but is not a STEM program.
If you want Naval Architecture it might be Webb as noted above.

Case Western Reserve University in Ohio would allow you to study physics, aerospace engineering and business.
Its a very flexible school for double majoring and minoring in the sciences, but not as small as the other schools mentioned. About 4000 undergraduates. Its an urban location as well. Easy access to a major airport and a train to campus from there.
