film studies and mechanical engineering double major

I honestly donā€™t think I stereotype people much by their college major. It doesnā€™t say as much about a person as some think. And it isnā€™t nearly as important as people think it is while theyā€™re in collegeā€¦

The only stereotype I might have about a major is that if a certain major is mostly one demographic groupā€¦ I would notice that. But thatā€™s not a stereotype about them as people. Itā€™s just having eyes.

Crap, sorry. I didnā€™t go far enough into the thread. Ok Iā€™ll answer that last one.

I guess if I had to go by that description and nothing else, I would think the person was very intelligent and well-roundedā€¦ not because they double majoredā€¦ but because they wanted to use both their right and left brain.

A loser who canā€™t do math, in other words, a failed mathematician.

language major, english and french?

A lazy American who is majoring in their familyā€™s country of orginā€™s language [probably learned the language along with English from an early age].
