Chemistry and Cellular and Molecular Microbiology [Pre-Pharm]

^ Very smart, but either can’t or doesn’t want to deal with the public or lots of people. Hopes to cure the world’s ills some day but doesn’t dare state such a lofty goal aloud.

Secondary Education [Social Studies]

i get the point i just think its stupid. I just think its kinda mean, like do you want someone to judge you on what you become? Its very shallow in my opinion and I say this realizing I could have someone get mad at me but I don’t care, Its a game where you call people nerds, losers, unmotivated, or whatever. Almost 75% of these comments are just plain mean.

It’s not just to have good-natured fun about different majors, it’s also to see what other people stereotype that major as. I might give a stereotype that I know is not always true, but since it is the stereotype that exists, that’s the one I’ll write.

Secondary Education [Social Studies] - Graduated high school not knowing what to do but with high grades in history classes. Wants summers off and thinks teaching is an easy route to a stable job.

Journalism

confident writer who dislikes monotonous office jobs but likes adventures. also on the ambitious side, and would consider giving up family temporarily in exchange for a successful career.

civil engineering and architecture

Civil Engineering and Architecture - Both highly analytical and artistic. Props and respect for both of these majors (not to mention both of them * combined *…arch keeps ya in the studio all of the time, is it even possible to have another major alongside it?). High probability of being a square peg.

Linguistics

Language/word geek who is not unlike myself and hence very cool. Fascinated when they hear another language spoken, like to guess at accents and word origins, and correct grammar/spelling way too often.

Artificial Intelligence

Too smart and ends up building evil robots that conquer the humanity

Human Development

Either a really nice girl who wants to help others or a party girl looking to eventually get her MRS

Cognitive Studies

Slightly more nerdy, slightly more obnoxious, slightly more smart than a regular psychology major.

International Business

Chose his major for picking up women in bars. Does not have a strong grasp of exactly what “international business” entails, but hey, he likes beaches and money, so why not?

Actuarial Science

Good with numbers. Bad with people.

Music Performance and Neuroscience (dual degree)

Asian who has been playing piano/violin since they were 3, and wants to be a brain surgeon (maybe because I know way too many people doing music performance/neuroscience who are ALL Asians…)

Dance

Either a homosexual male, a high-energy girl who partook in the dance team all throughout high school, or an Asian “B-boy” type with his own dance crew.

Recreation Administration

Wants to run Disneyland, will wind up assistant manager at a summer camp in Indiana.
