Stereotyping by College Major

<p>Banking, here I come!</p>

<p>(undergrad business)</p>

<p>Thankfully I’m not in that crowd, but at the same time I’m pretty distant from a number of other folks in my major.</p>

<p>Donald Trump wanna be, but they’ll be that successful.</p>

<p>Pre-med Chemistry major with a minor in physics.</p>

<p>Either a masochist seeking the hardest path to med school or someone with a photographic memory.</p>

<p>Latin.</p>

<p>Latin:
Someone who enjoys escaping the present by reading books from antiquity. Appreciates ancient history and language. Has a thick skin, and doesn’t mind people incessantly asking, “What are you going to do with that?!” Probably very smart and knowledgeable but will begin to annoy those around him/her because he/she will likely become a “grammar Nazi.” Will end up teaching grammar/rhetoric and latin at a prep school. </p>

<p>Dual degree: Mathematics B.S and Philosophy B.A</p>

<p>Biology major stereotype: “premed?”</p>

<p>Career (pharmacist) stereotype: practical person</p>

<p>Well- rounded and open-minded.</p>

<p>Biology major Spanish minor</p>

<p>Someone who wants to be a doctor in Mexico or California.</p>

<p>Triple major in math, physics, and computer science.</p>

<p>Will spend the rest of their life running simulations on a supercomputer, and happy as a clam.</p>

<p>Loves to read and write. Grammar Nazi. Will either be writing, proofreading others’ writing, or teacher in the near future.</p>
