what are my chances?

also, i want to do something with finance/real estate. collegeboard says that NYU offers real estate as a major, but it doesn't mention it on the NYU website. could I major in both? ah, I also might want to do something with architecture as a minor possibly. does NYU even offer architecture? help!

seems like you stand a pretty decent chance... im not sure about that architecture question. stern allows you to comajor or double major within stern (such as finance/int business or accounting and economics). however, this year they're allowing you to minor in CAS, so if CAS has architecture, then you're in luck. i'd check with NYU though.

on the other hand, alot of people who apply to stern have your stats. your essay needs to stand out unless if you have some kind of hook. i know people who started their own small businesses before even graduating high school. just make sure your essay is YOU and gives the adcom a feeling of who you are as an individual. best of luck!
