Stern is definitely my first choice (I want to major in Economics), but I have no problem going to CAS. The thing is my family is low income and I don't want to spend a lot of money to go to CAS. If I got into Stern, however, I'm definitely going to try and make things work. But I feel that my stats are not good enough for Stern. These are my stats:

Freshman year:
Unweighted GPA - 4.0
Weighted GPA - 4.47

Sophomore year:
Unweighted GPA - 4.0
Weighted GPA - 4.35

Junior year (I just finished my first semester):
Unweighted GPA - 4.0
Weighted GPA - 4.42

I have gotten A+s in all my Honors math courses for the past three years I've been in high school, and I'm taking AP Calculus next year. My highest portion of the SAT was Writing, which was a 750, and Math was second highest, at 680. I have not taken my ACT yet. Leadership positions and Vice President of Finance of a student-made company.

So I want to get into Stern but is it possible that if I get rejected from Stern I can still go to NYU as part of another school? I read somewhere here that if I get rejected from Stern I get rejected from NYU altogether but if I apply to CAS and get rejected there is a chance that I may still be put in LSP. I really want to apply EDI by the way. Any help is greatly appreciated!
