My girlfriend who is a senior in high school right now, is accepted by Michigan Rolling admission, UNC early and she is yet to hear back from Penn and NYU yet.

She wants to major in business. UNC offered her money. Assuming she gets into NYU(likely) and rejected from Penn(large chance).

Which undergrad business is the best?

NYU-Stern
UNC-Kenan-Flagler
Michigan-Ross

And is a Wharton degree really all that important when it comes to graduate school and such?

"when it comes to graduate school and such?"

Actually, a graduate business degree is worth more than an undergraduate one. A Wharton MBA is one of the best if not THE best program in the nation, and I would say it's regarded as more prestigious than the BS (or BA?).

If she's working in NYC, she can do a part-time MBA with NYU, which is a great choice if she's doing something in finance. I believe a Ross MBA has a stronger focus on management. I think those 2 are the best choices. Even if she doesn't get into NYU, Ross would be a great choice for whatever she does.

Uh, I think the OP is talking about how helpful the Wharton undergrad degree will be if and when his girlfriend decides to go to graduate school. I don't believe he is asking about how good the Wharton MBA program is.

While I'll let the OP chime in, again, I think this comment misses the point. The OP seems to be asking what his girlfriend should be doing for UNDERgrad.

Oh, sorry. I guess I missed the whole point of the OP. For undergrad, Wharton is best. Ross and Stern are about the same. Pick based on fit. But still NYU is known for finance and Ross for management.

Wharton > Ross = Stern > Kenan Flagler. But overall, any of those Business schools will open most doors for its students, so I would definitely recommend picking them according to fit rather than which schools is supposedly better.
