Stern or ILR ====> Financial Sector

I am deciding between Transfering to ILR at Cornell or Stern at NYU. I know regardless of your major, so long as you take certain classes, have good grades, and express interest in the field you should be fine. I like stern and stuff but I like the courses that I can take at ILR more (I would be majoring in ILR and economics and Finance at stern).

Specifically I am interested in Trading+hedge funds or possibly i-banking...

I feel that my GPA would be higher at Cornell than at stern, and i know that they are two great schools.

From a professional standpoint, can either of the aforementioned programs of study give me a leg up in attaining an internship in the financial sector and a job in the financial sector in the future.

Thanks

for finance DEFINITELY pick Stern.

Well at Cornell and ILR they let you take some of the really cool courses at AEM in CALS.

stern is still better than AEM in finance by a large margin.

Stern is definitely the clear choice here.

What if I don't necissarily want to STUDY finance undergrad but work there?

Bump??? 10 char
