Stern - Ross - Tepper

If you are interested in business, which one of these schools would you choose to go to and why? You would have to pay full tuition at all of them. Just curious!

You should probably pose this in the college majors “business” section

Stern, but i think it would depend on major if you want to major in finance or international business stern if management then maybe Ross, but Stern is overall the best of the three and in my opinion second only to Wharton

Actually, according to USNWR, Michigan is best overall of the three. Stern has an advantage in Finance.

Stern,no contest~~

Overall, Ross is slightly better than Stern and Stern slightly better than Tepper, but all three programs are excellent.

Ross is the most well rounded, with top 5 programs in Accounting, Finance, Management and Marketing. Contrary to the myth, Ross is as well recruited by Wall street firms as Stern. But Ross has stronger ties to Management Consulting firms (such as McKinsey and Bain) and to industrial firms (such as GE, Google or Microsoft).

All things being equal, I would usually recommend Ross over Stern and Tepper.

“Stern,no contest”

Seems there is indeed a contest.

Ross for general all around strength

Stern for Finance

Tepper if you’re mathematically strong/inclined

Don’t see a single “winner” here. All good programs. Think about which school fits you better. Very different locations, student bodies, etc.
