Stern Scholars Program vs Univ. of Chicago Econ

I know Stern has wonderful finance undergrad program and University of Chicago has best economics major in the nation.

What would you differentiate these two if we talk about job placement, say I-banking job recruit at Wall Street? Does Stern have obvious advantage on i-banking recruit?

If you have to select between Stern Scholars Program and University of Chicago's economics, what would you do?Thanks guys.

i would pick Stern scholars.

Stern has the advangtage when it comes to i-banking jobs, but overall you would not do bad for yourself if you went to either schools. pick based on fit because they are both great schools.

Man...I only wish Stern was more like Wharton or Ross and posted the job placement data for all their graduates.

when i go next year, i'll make sure they come up with one and send the ross booklet as an example. write a letter or something.

I was told that 95-96% Sternies found their jobs 5 months after graduation, but no idea how many jobs are in top I-banks. I know Ross post their detailed recruiting data online and that makes Ross look so cool.

Why doesn't Stern do the same thing since Stern finance is so strong and I-banking job placement is supposed to be good?
