I don’t know if this is a stupid question or not - but here I go. So I applied to NYU CAS in the RD decision round already. However, the more I think about it, Stern feels like a better option for me. Is there anyway for me to apply as a Stern applicant now, or is it too late?
Call them now. If admitted to CAS you cannot request a change to stern, higher admission standards.
If you get admitted you may be able to transfer into Stern from CAS after a semester or two. However for now they’re in the midst of finalizing decisions. You can definitely try calling but don’t count on being able to change anything.
