Accepted:

It’s out of the running… too expensive and he wants a bigger school.
My son was accepted chemical engineering RD.
GPA 3.6
SAT 1510 (790 math) / ACT 33

He would like a bigger school but hasn’t ruled it out. Merit money makes it slightly less than the full price tag we have to pay at his top choices of Virginia Tech or N.C. State. We live in NJ so he would like to go further away.
@collsander I was also accepted for Chemical Engineering!
My son was accepted ED (Stevens is his first choice as he loved the summer program there last year!).
Accelerated Master’s Program for Computer Engineering
GPA 3.9, unweighted
SAT 1390
Several APs
Merit scholarship $27,000
He couldn’t be happier and is looking forward to it
Everyone on campus has been friendly and helpful.
@CSmaven will you be paying the remainder $47K out of the 70K per year fees?
