I had planned on taking 7 AP courses in my senior year: Calc BC, Phys B&C, English Lit, Gov/Eco, Euro
But due to scheduling conflicts, I have to replace Phys B with Stats and Euro with Forensic Science(a non honors course)
Both sophomore and junior year, I took the most advanced courses and APs as I could leaving one spot for Golf each semester.
Is it reasonable to assume that having Stats and Forensic Science instead of Phys B and Euro will hurt my standing “taken most rigorous courses available” if not properly explained by my counselor that there were scheduling conflicts?
I am particularly interested in how the Ivies+Stanford+MIT will view it.

I think it's safe to say that 5 APs (or is that AP Stats?) is still a rigorous courseload. Or in my opinion, insane, but I can't talk, I'm also taking 5. Talking to admission people at Stanford, I got the idea that they don't frown on going insane with APs, but they don't want students taking tons of APs just for the sake of admissions.

I think you're fine. Anyone not from cc would tell you that you're doing too much.
