I'd recommend getting more leadership and awards, like I tell most people. Try to bring up your CR SAT Score also.
What's your rank? That affects UC admissions quite a bit.

Update on School info:
Probably will apply to:
Stanford
Cornell (ILR)
Georgetown (Walsh)
UCLA/UCB/UCSD
...Are the schools at Cornell (ILR) and Gtown (Walsh) significantly harder to get into than the basic schools themselves?

Stanford is definitely a reach. You have a shot at Cornell and Georgetown, but improving those SAT scores would give you a good chance of getting accepted to one of the two. I am not that familiar with the California schools but it seems like you would get accepted to the top UC schools. Just apply to all the schools you mentioned and see what happens.

Well, I'm gonna be a junior in August. I so far have a very crappy SAT score. I have ~1550. I am the top 5 in all of my classes. Freshmen and sophomore year, I had a 4.0 GPA, weighted it should be ~4.17. I have 5 clubs that I am in and I am an officer in one of them.

What do you think my chances are to get a 2000 my the 2008 March test date? What should I do?

Also what are my chances getting into:
University of Southern California
University of California- Berkeley
University of Michigan- Ann Arbor
New York University
Farfetch: University of Pennsylvania

My cousin went to USC but don't know if that's considered as alumni or not.

Your cousin going to USC will not be a boost at all in the admissions process. I am sure you already know this, but definitely try to improve those SAT scores. You have a solid GPA and courseload, so I am sure that you can up those standardized test scores. If you can break 2000, you would have a decent chance at the UCs, USC, and NYU. UPenn is a huge reach even if the SAT scores improve.
