Still have heard nothing yet

My son is still waiting to hear if he's been appointed yet, and it's already one of the last days of March. He's got a waiver pending, and I know they sent him a letter stating that if/when he got an appointment they would put in for the waiver. Time is running out though, and needless to say it's very stressfull. Moreso for myself and my husband than for him. He says to just relax and wait. One good note is that he has already been accepted to USAFA, but Navy was #1. Does anyone have any thoughts on this whole process. Is no news good news, or that fact he's heard nothing in over a month not looking good. Thanks.

Have you contacted your BGO?

He may tell you to just wait, but at least you'll KNOW you should be waiting, rather than wondering if something fell through the cracks.

I spoke to him about that just today, and just mentioned it again when he came in. I think this time he might email her, like you said, something might have slipped thru the cracks.
