Still haven't received account

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I submitted by application on Dec 31 (Supplement, CommonApp, and Payment have all been downloaded) but I have still yet to receive a confirmation email from Penn with access to its tracking system. </p>

<p>Is it normal to have a wait this long or should I contact an admissions official?</p>

<p>They are really busy now, so it’s normal to wait a few weeks before you get an email.</p>
