<p>Just had my alumni interview and I still haven’t received an email about a Brown account. Obviously since an alum contacted me they must have my app and everything. I wonder why I haven’t gotten the email.</p>
<p>Call them - I called them today during lunch and they were really nice about the whole thing. After explaining the situation, they emailed me within 10 minutes with my username and passkey.</p>
<p>On the status page, if there is a date received for all the requirements then everything’s been received right? it doesn’t say “complete” or anything so just to make sure</p>
<p>Still haven’t gotten one. I sent them an email well over two weeks ago, and I’ve tried calling (and having my mother call when I couldn’t) multiple times. I never got a hold of someone, and my mother just did, but the person told her she couldn’t help her unless I called.</p>
<p>Problem is I have no success when I call. Besides, I don’t see why they can’t just send another email to my account or anything. This is really annoying.</p>
